I've spent my entire adult life and career working with Real Estate.  In fact, I spent some time working in the field before I was an adult.  Few people have as broad an understanding of real property.  For a very long time I developed residential properties which included custom homes and subdivisions.  Most of that development included everything from locating the opportunity through marketing the final product.  This included managing the entitlement and engineering process, subcontracting the infrastructure, building the homes with "in-house" and subcontracted crews, and marketing the properties either directly or through contracted agents.

My current activities include representing clients from first time home-buyers, move-up and higher end buyers and sellers, new and experienced investor clients, to those interested in larger commercial opportunities.   During my development career I built over 34 affordable housing units, and close to 100 market rate homes.  I still enjoy the good feeling that comes from getting someone their first home.   Because of my significant development background, I also have the skills necessary to help clients evaluate the potential for re-use or development of existing properties.
