The primary purpose of this
part of the website is to provide you with
quick and timely information which you may use to augment your search for
the right property or to find out more about market conditions.
There are several ways to receive timely and effective listing
information and they are detailed below.
Most real estate Buyers are anxious to
find out what kind of homes are on the market when they decide to start
their search. Often times they just want to know if there is anything
that would interest them. It is very time consuming to work through the
newspaper or other real estate publications to determine the properties
that you want to drive by. In most instances the ads do not include
addresses. This requires further effort by you to research the
properties that you find interesting. In a quick moving market, the
property that you are looking at in the ad may already be in contract or
sold by the time the information reaches you through conventional
media.
What you really need is a reasonably
current list of properties, with addresses, details,
and prices. I provide this to all of my clients on request. The
information allows them to drive by the
properties efficiently and at their convenience. Current market
information can be available to you upon request
and in several different ways.

You will be taken immediately to the Listing
Report Area. These reports
are updated
weekly.
If your search for property is serious,
you should consider receiving listings by email which is covered below.
If you have or are registering above for a user name and password I will
generate an email to you to discuss setting that up. No need to
fill out both forms. If you just want to set up the email
listings, go ahead and fill out the
"Complete Request Form"
below.

If you want to start receiving timely and updated listing information, click
on the link above and then complete the Request Form on the Request Information
Page.
I will be notified of
your request by email and as soon as I validate the information, you will
start receiving listings as they occur. It should not
take more than 24-48 hours to set-up the search unless I'm away from
Internet access. Clients using this system find it very useful.
If you do not have email
it seems unlikely that you would be reading this. But assuming that
is the case, the information can also be presented to you in a hard copy
format. Just let me know by calling (707) 224-2400, ext. 220 and I will
follow-up with you to set up a system that works best for you.
