purpose of this website is to provide you with timely information which
you can use to augment your search for the right property, to enhance your
knowledge of the market and community in anticipation of Buying or Selling Real
Estate, and to introduce you to the advantages of
having me represent you in your real estate transactions.

to a search page to look for properties within the MLS area. These
include all cooperating MLS properties in the counties of Napa, Sonoma,
Marin, Solano, and Mendocino and a few other adjacent areas. I can
arrange to show you any properties that appear in the listings.

My clients find that they are
best served by having as much information available to them as
possible. Whether you are a Buyer or a Seller you will want to understand
what the market has to offer. Finding that information from scattered
references is difficult, time consuming, and the information is not as
accurate as you might imagine. Often the homes that are advertised in
print media are already in contract or sold because of the lead times
for publication. This is particularly true if the property is
priced correctly and desirable.
I keep my clients advised with
regular information about new properties as they come on the market
through a variety of ways, usually through your email. If

critical part of the real estate purchase process. You can find more
